About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To Touch Down on Unknown Soil and Delve into Gastranomic Delights while Dazzln our Eyes on the Wonders of the World

ABOUT ME

You is a Us- Alex and Sarah, Three years and running strong.
We meet in a whirlwind and haven't really clicked our heels to go home yet, although we have seen it from a distance through the rainy day windows cuddled up on the West Coast.
Reflected from the windows of G.I.N. -Ginny for short- the 77' Dodge camper van ruby red wine rust exterior with cowboy hat and shotgun shell antenna(the later provided by the previous owner) British Flag neon yellow and soothing blues and purples on the inside of the door- the sea pallet running the rest of the way through the van with a slight neon trim, painted by us on a sunny day at my mothers house as we baked cookies. Watching the beautiful terrain of Canada slowly pass us by from the Northern tip to land of the lakes- airbrushing t-shirts and temporary tats as we went.
When the cold began to nip at our toes the temperate climate of Beautiful British Colombia(it says it on our license plates) drew us back, and the offer of a scenic pad on Davie st. downtown Vancouver sealed the deal. We had a home Sarah baked at the friendliest little shop on Denman, I put my horticultural skills to work, the sea wall was our evening walk sunsets as the waves slowly crashed in saxophone notes.
We soon found as is a customary cycle in our lives- thing would change.
The next day or so it seemed we where in a swank little 6th story fully furnished renter- Sarah baking croissants for the Empress Hotel -where the Queen likes to take her tea while in Victoria BC ohh la la and I was pulling in the meat and potatoes wage in irrigation -I do love the smell of soil. Living with my brother from another mother- life was grand and easy street for a good days graft.
The thread a trend -an unfortunate meeting with a inhebriated driver. banged up but moving
Moving farther down Island getting an edumication Sarah just graduate- among the top of her class Culinary Arts yeah haw!
I worked at the homeless drop in shelter, shared some good stories meet good people that aren't having the greatest times, hopefully listened more than I talked.
We cleaned out our ocean side renter, gave away most of our possesion -buy cheap furniture pass it on- got our ticket Vancouver-Paris
Now we are knockin' at your door-
