About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live a meaningful and happy life.

ABOUT ME

I asked my sister this - "warm, friendly, intelligent, determined" was her answer. I'm not too good at describing myself (will probably suck at being a salesperson). What I believe in wholeheartedly is that everything happens for a reason and that we have to have faith that it will all out work in the greater cosmic nature of life. I enjoy good conversations, good books, good movies, good music and most of all, good people.

PHILOSOPHY

"You can't connect the dots looking forward you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something: your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. Because believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart, even when it leads you off the well worn path." - Steve Jobs, Stanford Commencement Adress, 2005.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was riding an ATV through the jungles of Phang Nga in Thailand, and my guides and I stopped by a quiet stream for a break. The peace and serenity in the jungle was such a beautiful juxtaposition to the adrenalin-pumping ATV ride. Standing by the stream, looking into its crystal clear waters, I've never felt so awed and alive.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you're interested to learn the Malay language, the national language of Malaysia, where I'm from, I can give you some tips. The Malay language is also very similar to the Indonesian language, so it's useful if you ever want to visit Malaysia and Indonesia! I can also give some basic guidance for Mandarin and Cantonese.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, China, Singapore, Thailand, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
