Hi,

I'm Jean-Baptiste, 25 years old. My hobbies are riding sports, that I practice between sea, oceans and mountains. So far, I was working as an aeronautical engineer. But I have taken the decision to run away from office work and dedicate my life to my true vocation : sports environment and outdoors activities. I develop my skills and competences to combine functions of sailing instructor, kitesurf, skipper & first-aid ski patrolman.

"Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer" ! It's better to dream with yours eyes open :)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

During this transition period between my aeronautical engineer job and my new traveller life, I take a rest at Arcachon Bay during few months to enjoy home and good times with family and friends. After that (Middle of september) I will offer myself an "Off" period (indefinite duration) across South American continent. Treks, meetings, life lessons, adventures, discoveries and new cultures are the key words.

I'm couchsurfing because I think it's the best way for me to really experience South America and to share with people the treasures and secrets of my home spot. Nobody knows these countries better than the locals do :)
I want to visit places, see landscapes, eat and drink some local food, exchange about life experiences. According to me couch surfing is an exchange, a great experience for the one hosting and the one who is hosted :)

I love to explore and make connections with people.
I like kitesurfing, surfing, skiing, hiking, trekking, sports in general, TRAVELLING, being outdoors, exchange and learn about new cultures, ways of life.

Music : I truly love almost every genre of music from rap to rock, reggae, classic :)

Picking one amazing thing I've done is impossible. Every where I go, every person I meet, it's all so beautiful to me !
But the encounter with a reindeer just above my campsite in lapland during a trek is one the most beautiful thing that I have lived :)

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

If you choose me to couchsurf with you, I will present you with pleasure the treasures and secrets of my home spot. Ocean, sunset, birds island, Stand up paddle, swim, chill on the beach, my house is 300m from the sea and I have a little sailboat.
I can promise you we'll share lots of laughs and stories ! I can tell you about my life in France and my travels and you can show me some of your life where you live! It'll be great! I can't wait to meet you :)
