So far I have mostly hosted and only surfed a couple o' times.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It has been great so far. In my day to day life I feel like I don't often meet and get to know strangers beyond a superficial level. In hosting people I have found an enjoyable opportunity to get to know new people and hear stories from a variety of walks of life.

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing: Miles, Bill Evans, Bird, Cannonball, Coltrane, Freddie Hubbard, Wes Montgomery, George Benson, John Scofield, MMW, Greyboy All Stars, Soulive, Grant Greene, Dizzy, Herbie Hancock, Art Blakey, Dave Brubeck, and really there are more good jazz cats then you can shake a stick at. Also love the Grateful Dead, Bach (particularly Glenn Gould's interpretations), Phish, Beethoven, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Neil Young.
