CURRENT MISSION
Don't get stuck indoors!
ABOUT ME
I love learning languages! I keep an open mind, and in my free time I spend as much time as possible outside or making music. I have a passion for learning languages and about cultures other than my native culture.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Love to surf and looking forward to hosting!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first experience with CS was in high school, when I traveled across the USA for a concert. I've been hooked ever since. Although in the past my living situation has not permitted me to host anybody, I finally am in a place where I can host.
Interests
These days you can find me playing my electric bass, tending the garden, cooking up food, or grabbing a beer with friends. I'm attracted to the unfamiliar, as I care deeply about expanding my worldview.
Music, Movies, and Books
Catch-22 by Joseph Heller is my all-time favorite novel, followed by Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went to a factory where they build tanks and armored personnel carriers (APCs). Very cool.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can help you with your English if you want to practice.
Also, I believe sharing food is the best way to make friends and create positive, lasting impressions. Let's share some recipes.
I'm happy to share my perspective on just about anything, as long as I can hear yours, too!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a pretty good cook, a low maintenance guest, and I'm always happy to learn about my fellow surfers and make new friends!
Countries I’ve Visited
Chile, China, Ecuador, Germany, Israel, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain
