ABOUT ME
I currently live and work in Beijing as an aid/development worker. Last year, I worked as an Education Officer for UNICEF Ghana. I worked in the northern field office in Tamale for at least one year, supporting the improvement of quality education and access for excluded groups of children. I am very open-minded, very comfortable to be around, passionate about social justice and human rights, international everything, discussions and reasoning, literature, sports of the US, zen Buddhism, history, archaeology, football, tea, cooking vegetarian fare, capoeira, and more.
PHILOSOPHY
I try to live by the teachings of Zen Buddhism, or any teachings that suggest compassion, patience, kindness, blameslessness, and engage with and accept the challenge offered by life and suffering.
