Overview
About Me
I see reality as inherently divine, and live to give service for the uplifting of mankind. More literally, I'm a writer and an artist, but I also love to cook, take photos, and enjoy the present moment to its fullest. I love meeting people, hearing their stories, learning of their perspective, and connecting. Through my output, I want to help build the intellectual and creative backbone of a transcultural movement.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'll be endeavoring on an extended nomadic journey next summer. I'll graduate this December, and I've known it for years now that taking up a fundamentally different lifestyle (like traveling the continent, meeting countless people, and experiencing things that language fails to express) would be a necessary step in expanding my spiritual and intellectual awareness. I want to see humanity, and experience what it is to be alive right here, right now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Produced, organized, and hosted a mini music festival that i called Fieldstock. I did it two years in a row, and the second year there were 11 music artists performing. Somewhere around 600 people came, and I was able to pay every artist a fair amount.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've been studying French for two years now, and I'm getting pretty decent. I could at least help get you started with learning it. I've read a lot of books, especially classics, and I can tell you all about several Shakespeare plays (thanks Professor Candido). I've also been drawing all of my life, so I can help people learn how to draw very easily. I'd love to give whatever constructive input I can on anything anyone would ask me for.
I'm always learning, and I'm always wanting to learn more.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Materialistically, on a nomadic journey I don't plan to have much more than money, clothing, a backpack full of supplies, and maybe a tent or something. Pretty much all of that could be be shared to an extent. I'm an open person, and I strive to be selfless. I intuitively feel great empathy for others. If you have any questions then please do let me know. I won't mind it at all.
