Do You know how does it feel when you travel to a new country and you decide to send a couch request to a total stranger, having to fake your interest in that person (because honestly all you know about him/her is just an out-dated photo and some text on their profile).

Do you know how does it feel to COPY and PASTE your request to get lucky in this couch-roulette of random connections?

And most of times all you need is just a place to stay for a night or two.
Because it's free and usually nicer and safer than a hostel.

But then sometimes magic happens and you actually meet fascinating people, very often they become your good friends and stay in touch with you and visit you back at your home.
That's why I still do couch surfing.
