ABOUT ME

"Jenn WAS enjoying the sunshine state - FLORIDA, hair down + shades on and everything, for a year on an exchange from Taiwan! I WAS trying to explore and experience as much of the American culture and landscape as possible!" ... and this "ABOUT ME" is almost just impossible to change after five years now, because I think Florida really made me almost the person I am today. I love being outdoors, being in the sun, meeting people and having fun! I love a dynamic way of life and having something new to do whenever I have some free time to spare!

I used to live in Singapore (7yrs) and Shanghai (5yrs) before heading back to Taiwan! Now after a few years of working with something I love - Landscape Architecture - I'm now out to explore the infinite beauties and wonders the world has to offer!

I'm an outgoing person and easy to get along with! I'm spontaneous, open-minded and get excited really easily! I am also, at the same time, pretty serious when it gets to issues I truly care about!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really enjoy meeting genuine Couchsurfers as I travel, I feel like we have this essential energy that is just very different from the typical backpackers at hostels! I'm always really excited when I'm out traveling, and I've been saying this way too often: EVERYONE SHOULD VISIT TAIWAN! So if anyone is to visit Taiwan, I'll do my best to help you out and show you around!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've kicked off my first-ever Couchsurfing experience in Ottawa, Canada with an amazing host! And I've had many wonderful stays all around the US, Cambodia, Vietnam, New Zealand and even in Taiwan since then. I've made many super good friends through this network, and now I'm really looking for more of these experiences where we can create long-term connections and bring the world closer to each other <3

I have a really wide range of interests! I love being outdoors as much as I like staying in doors with a good book and coffee! I love all things to do with People. Reading. Biking. Coffee. Food. Music. Architecture. Photography. Movies. Beaches. Design.and Travel! ESPECIALLY into hiking and mountain climbing!
I love exploring different cultures and foreign cities! I also have this unexplainable addiction for Urban/Sustainability/City related topics!

Im trying to hit as many of the great peaks in Taiwan as possible!
