ABOUT ME
I don't like trying to summarize myself in a few sentences. But now I'll do just that:
I often wax lyrical.
I enjoy getting to know people.
I love a good story.
I love a good laugh.
I love a good adventure.
I love running.
I love dancing.
I love hiking.
I love sleeping outside.
I love hills and mountains.
I also love very flat prairies and plains.
I love languages.
I love Asia.
I love Africa.
I love travelling.
I love drinking.
I love eating.
I really love coffee.
I love learning,
and good heavens do I love Patrick Stewart!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
All of them great.
In fact I've been very lucky with CS hosts, not only have I met lots of very cool and thoughtful people, I've almost never had to send out more than 3 or 4 requests. So, if I contact you, I promise, I've read your profile and genuinely think I would like to hang out with you; you! yes, YOU!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Here are a few fun highlights:
Stood where three countries meet while seeing the sea of a fourth.
Got highest possible score on my Nokia's Snake 2.
Enjoyed a brief career as a Chinese weatherman.
Found "patience" on an Azeri freighter crossing the Caspian Sea.
Found "endurance" on a 30 hour standing ticket between Chongqing and Beijing during the "Spring Rush" (春运).
Found "wonder" camping under the stars alone at Lake Sevan, Armenia.
Found "adventure" hitchhiking in Xinjiang, west China.
Found a wicked sunburn cycling the Tibetan Plateau.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share some stories and a good laugh. I could teach you how to get to a pretty swell "secret" Japanese Whisky bar in Montreal or where to find a great Old Fashioned in Beijing.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Joy.
