About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To play the game, just to play it. Oh, and to take a shit ton of pictures while I'm at it.
ABOUT ME
Born in LA, raised by Peruvians, and obsessed with photography, traveling, and dancing. (house, drum and bass, hip hop, salsa, anything).
I'm probably one of the easiest people to get along with, because I'm always looking at the brighter side of situations. Sounds corny, but I'm actually not a high-pitched, overly peppy So-Cal girl... I'm way more 'laxed. Think San Franciscan vibe with a South American heart- That's me. I'm intuitive and well-balanced in most ways. I tend to start more creative projects than I complete, but I am working on that. I prefer real conversations over staring at a TV monitor any day. BUT, I do happen to spend most hours of the day in front of a computer monitor editing photos with Adobe programs and staying in touch with friends around the world. I'm also a big fan of the cinematic arts and love hearing about great foreign and independent films to check out.
My life goals include traveling to each of the 7 continents, visiting all the wonders of the world and then some, having my photos exhibited and published in important media outlets (i.e. Nat Geo, Time Magazine, etc) and contributing to society in any way that I can. Be that documenting the work of good people, like I have recently in Peru, or helping those out of the public eye share their stories with the world.
I also want a beach house- definitely...
In a nut shell: I'm pretty f'in stoked on life ... and I'm not a weirdo, promise.
PHILOSOPHY
I find myself grinning in appreciation and gratitude for life during many moments of the day. And then I get back to trying to capture it on film.
