My name is Andrew Foy - I just finished my second AmeriCorps term and am looking to relocate to the East Bay area. Short term, I'm hoping to find a place to crash for a week or two while I look for apartments in the Oakland-Berkeley area. After that, just looking to build community with outdoorsy, conscientious people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking for a place to crash at for a week or so while I look for apartments in the Oakland-Berkeley area. Also, just genuinely interested in networking and getting to know other well-traveled individuals in the East Bay. Post-grad volunteer opportunities have taken me to Guatemala, Reno (NV), and Kaua'i. I'm interested to hear about others' travels, and what they learned about the local culture, etc.
