Hi everyone!

Real name is Ashley. I'm 27. I like to read a lot, write, and I enjoy lots of color, art, being outside in beautiful places, traveling. I know some Elementary level Italian and I am planning to use it to study abroad in Italy this summer. Until then I am looking to work in Yosemite temporarily, just need another place to stay.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've never used Couchsurfing before, but I'm working towards a job that is starting out only weekends and picking up later on in the busier season. Because of this, the company won't provide housing for me on the days that I am not working while I am only working weekends because the hours are not high enough. I am looking to stay with someone, or multiple people if I need to hop around, on the days that I am not working so that I don't have to drive 3 hours to and from work.

I'd be up for teaching the Italian I can remember, but honestly I need to study up some more and refresh my memory.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd be traveling light, so I'm not sure of all of what I can share aside from some company and my gratitude, a singing voice if you can play guitar, I can make a really good African Groundnut stew.
