I hardly ever refuse the possibility of trying out sth. new - the last one was paragliding near Ankara.
The company of people of all ages and young spirit and a good exchange is worth more than a good night sleep.

Music - from Nick Cave, N, T. Waits, Ella F. NIna S., Mercedes S., to A. Paart, Shostakovitch or M. Gorecki, Bach, l'Appregiata, etno music and much much more. Recently a Canadian film: "Incendits", "Fight Club", "Exils", "Big Lebowski", "Lewiatan" by Zwiagincew, "Transsylvania", Foss's "Cabaret" (proves more topical than ever again :(

I am always curious to learn about the place I'm visiting, local perspective on bigger issues (is there any other?) and dancing (last experience with Kadir in Istanbul - Anatolian dances were such fun!)
I can share a bunch of info about Gdansk and Pomerania, insightful places around the world worth sparing a while, dog breeding ... don't know - ask and I'll try to dig deeper

And if you come in winter, you can join me in "walrusing" on Sun morning (as we call it here) in the crispy water of the Baltic sea. Very refreshing!
