Mi nombre es Fran y mi pasión es viajar. Soy un almeriense, nacido en Barcelona, que no se ha parado de mover desde que nació. Habiendo vivido también en Almuñécar (11 años), Madrid (7), Bristol (2) y Stoke-on-Trent (1), me he cansado de mudarme. Por lo que he decidido, reducir mis posesiones a lo esencial (a lo minimalista) y empezar a viajar solo, sin fecha de regreso.

Creo que soy una persona positiva, honesta y considerada. Me encanta organizar planes con amig@s y otros viajeros. Comer, cocinar, ver un atardecer, hacer senderismo, tomar una cerveza, hacer deporte (correr y salir en bicicleta), escuchar música, ver películas y un gran etc. Llevo una bicicleta plegable con la que me gusta moverme cuando llego al destino.

Tras haber estado por Suramérica 1 año y 8 meses (Ecuador, Colombia y Perú), he vuelto a Europa por un tiempo. Actualmente estoy viajando por Hungría principalmente haciendo voluntariados y Couchsurfing.

My name is Fran and my passion is to travel. I am from Almeria (Spain), born in Barcelona, who hasn't stopped moving since he was born. Having also lived in Almuñécar (11 years), Madrid (7), Bristol (2) and Stoke-on-Trent (1), I've decided to reduce my possessions to the essentials (the minimalist) and start travelling alone, with no return date.

I think I'm a positive, honest and considerate person. I love organising plans with friends and other travellers. Eating, cooking, watching a sunset, hiking, having a beer, doing sports (running and cycling), listening to music, watching movies and a lot more. I take a folding bike with me and I like to move around when I arrive at my destination.

After having been in South America for 1 year and 8 months (Ecuador, Colombia and Peru), I have returned to Europe for a while. Currently I am travelling around Hungary mainly doing volunteering and Couchsurfing.

Mi pasión es viajar solo, conocer lugares y gente. Me encanta combinar deporte y turismo, salgo a correr o en bicicleta, hago senderismo y descubro nuevos lugares.

Me fascina probar nuevas comidas y compartir mis platos favoritos con otras personas.

La naturaleza y la playa son mis debilidades aunque tb disfruto mucho con el ambiente de las ciudades.

Música: Manu Chao, The Undercover Hippy, Calle 13, Portishead, Metronomy, Criolo, Mártires del Compás, Disraeli, Marcelo D2, Guts, Kase.O, Los Chikos del Maíz, Iseo and Dodosound, Cero39, Nicolás Jaar, Tego Calderón, Sublime, Fat Freddy's Drop, Artic Monkeys y un gran etc. Diría que soy más de música alternativa que de comercial.

Películas. Cualquier tipo de película (excepto terror generalmente) que sea buena jejej. Normalmente si tiene buena crítica y está bien considerada me gusta. Soy muy malo acordandome de los títulos de las películas jeje.

Libros. No leo todo lo que me gustaria/debería, es uno de mis objetivos. Me gustó mucho la trilogía de la Sombra del viento.

Movies. Any kind of movie (except horror movies usually) that is good hehehe. Normally if it has good reviews and is well regarded I like it. I'm very bad at remembering movie titles hehehe.

Books. I don't read as much as I'd like to/should, it's one of my goals. I really liked the Shadow of the Wind trilogy.

Dejar mi trabajo para perseguir mi sueño de viajar por el mundo de forma indefinida de manera low-cost. Ya llevo unos 3 años aproximadamente y estoy muy contento.

Me encanta conocer y pasar tiempo con mis anfitriones. Escuchar sus historias y aprender de su ciudad y cultura. Siempre ofrezco honestidad y una amistad sincera, estoy muy agradecido de todas las amistades que he hecho viajando y en couchsurfing. Comentar que me encanta comer y siempre intento cocinar algo para mis anfitriones siendo la tortilla española (tortilla de patatas) y paella, los platos más habituales :)

I love meeting and spending time with my hosts. Listening to their stories and learning about their city and culture. I always offer honesty and sincere friendship, I am very grateful for all the friends I have made while travelling and doing couchsurfing. I love to eat and I always try to cook something for my hosts, Spanish omelette (potato omelette) and paella are the most demanded dishes :)
