Overview
About Me
I'm friendly, sociable, easy going, reliable! I love camping and being out in nature. I enjoy trekking, camping, hitchhiking, politics, travelling, history, cycling, photography and can talk about music and film for hours.
Im currently working as a freelance camera operator, video editor and photographer. I mainly work for The Green Party in England and also shoot my own short documentaries.
I am a confident Spanish speaker and am always looking to improve my languages for the country that I am travelling in.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love couch surfing as it is the best way to experience new places and to meet people from the actual country.
I travel for interest and excitement and the feeling of encountering a new experience. This means meeting local people and actually learning about the culture and making a new friend from a new country!: not just meeting other tourists ;)
People can really make a place

Music, Movies, and Books
I love documentaries and analysing films, mostly 80s horror movies, A24 films
The same with music, but even more so! love psychedelic 60s and modern psychedelia, punk, hiphop, rock, jungle, break core, many different things;
Iggy and the stooges, the clash, ramones, sexpistols, bob dylan, Manu Chao, david bowie, black star, mos def, skatilites, allah las, noel young, eric burden, Jack White and anything he does, jurrasic five, lou reed, patti smith, John lennon, the pixies.
also like reading when i have the time, any distopias/utopias... Flatland, 1984, We, brave new world, any history books, Vietnam, On the Road, Fear and loathing in las vagas, and Love in a time of Cholera. And i read a lot of non-fiction too, mainly essays of an anti-capitalist nature?!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sailing from Maine to Canada
Getting lost road tripping in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco was possibly a top travel experience. We had to rely on local families, many of whom only spoke Burber, sleeping in goat sheds for 5 nights straight in the middle of no where, communicating through dance. Truly a favourite experience.
Hitchhiking the whole of France taking part in the Vondonge, wine making harvest with no monies
Hitchhiking Peru in the back of Garlic trucks all the way up the coast.
