I am a 25 years old architecture student fro Milan, completing my master studies in Hong Kong. What I like the most in life is arts, food, good simple company and be curious about different cultures and about world. I think i am an adventurous and open-minded person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because Couchsurfing gives you the chance to know new people (new locals, this is fundamental), bringing us back to the culture of hospitality. Currently I am not able to host anyone since I live with my parents, but if i will have the chance to know new friends through this Website i will be glad to host them back :) Obviously, I am totally fine with show people around :)

Interests

My greatest passion is art, in all its form. In particular i love figurative arts, from photography to painting, and i practice it. I consider art every form of expression: could be music, literature, gardening, cooking, everything.
I basically grew up in a restaurant, so i find myself a good cooker :) i'd be glad to cook for my hosts :) in italian culture sharing a meal is the best way to stay together :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I would not define myself a one-genre music. I like all types of music, when it is quality music, of course. So I listen a lot of different types, from romantic 50s and 60s french chansonniers, to 80s metal, to melancholic blues, groovy funky, 70s british and american rock. In general I would define myself a nostalgic: My favourite music is the one i grew up with, so basically what my parents were listening but i also like good contemporary artists, of course.
Same thing appliable to movies, but in general i would say I love old movies. I grew up with the memory of Fellini, Pasolini, Kubrik.
My favourite book until now are Siddharta by Esse, Kim by Kipling, The Call of the wild by London and many, many more. But honestly i am not good in asking what is my favourite something.
