About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm a human being who is fond of the Earth we live in and who is doing what she can to contribute to making the world a better place. I love getting to know people in a deep way and having profound conversations about the nature of consciousness and spiritual evolution. I love food and trying always new surprising flavours, especially finding out about new fruits and vegetables. I'm a medical herbalist as a profession and I believe there is always a natural remedy out there that can help in a personal healing journey, at the physical, mental and emotional level.
Interests
A major interest in my life is herbal medicines. I've dedicated the past 5 years to learning about plants and their healing properties and I feel this journey will never end. I love traveling, walking in nature, hiking, reading and writing poetry and short stories. Plants and herbal teas are my passion. There is so much to be discovered by observing nature, whether it's in the mountains, by the sea, watching the sunrise and the sunset, or the starry sky and the clouds passing by. I take time to meditate, practice yoga and connect to a deep part of me that feels connected with everything.

Music, Movies, and Books
All types of good music. From upbeat danceable music from around the world, to calm, relaxing and romantic songs.
I love movies with a deep message and that can change my perspective on life.
Favourite books: Siddharta by Herman Hesse and the Neverending Story, by Michael Ende.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm proud of having organised a "Make you Plastic Look Fantastic Fashion show" many years ago to raise awareness about plastic waste at University, which is currently and issue that's thankfully being taken at heart around the world.
A published research on the Sustainability of Kenyan Flower Farms.
I lived in Dodoma, Tanzania for a year an a half working for an environmental NGO and for an NGO supporting the healthy reintegration of street children, called KISEDET.
I hold and MSc in Western Herbal Medicine, I'm a self-employed as a holistic health practitioner, and organise meditation retreats with my partner around Europe.
Teach, Learn, Share
