HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want get in touch with people from the over the world, with other people and get connected. I want share experiences, interests, ideas, motivations and energies! MEET PEOPLE! MEET CULTURE! This will be the perfect possibility to come in contact with the other culture. I am a very open minded person and want to extend my horizon and field of vision in terms of deeply and strong cultural-exchanges and projects and to promote and benefit them.I want do cultural exchanges to develop my interests and to encourage the creative field and to indicate my interest in gladly discussions with people to share and to get in touch with other culture and organizations to see behind the curtain and be and to get integrated. I want to be an active part of building partnership and develop mutual trust and understanding, with other creative motivated people and other nations. Besides to facilitate the building of good partnerships between athen and berlin in different projects and do start concrete project planning in matched teams of sending and hosting organizations.

4 Days in Barcelona whith my flatmade! It was so funny and nice. I will never forget this nice trip.

Interests

I want to get the opportunity to gain more awareness and sensibility about myself, my own strengths and weaknesses and to use the time to line up new, relevant experience and knowledge for my further Design-career progression. I want to improve my language skills to affect my professional opportunities in a positive way, whereas I want to achieve and develop specialized and personal skills, to use them in my prospective job. Through my internship I would like to establish contacts for my future career, with potential employers and people with similar interests. I want to learn more about the profession, on creative and theoretical basis, as a graphic designer self. I want to get offered creative variety and methods (screen printing, photography, film, etc.) in order to use them as graphic and visual solutions and to learn more of creative-design processes.

I want to learn more about how to essentially facilitate group process and how to solve barriers of communication in the group, to avoid misunderstanding, irritations, distaste and reluctance. I need to learn to preserve a deeper theoretical appreciation of the dynamics of group processes to facilitate, make them aware and promote the group project and ideas, to motivate and get a better networking in the group to have a lasting effect on the people and the projects. I want to learn that in this training course, get connected, share experiences and ideas with the group, to widen, reflect my point of view and my know-kow/ skills.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I all ready have had participate in different international projects with other young people. There i learned a lot. I will contribute: Using the "Codes of conduct" Self awareness – I know/learnd mor about what can drives, angers, motivates, embarrasses, frustrates, inspires me Networking –i am interested in conversations that motivates people, for sharing ideas an experiences that can be used for new projects Team work - i work effectively with other people with different skill sets, personalities, work styles, or motivation level Leadership skills – to create and communicate vision and ideas that inspires others to follow with commitment and dedication. Presentation skills – i am able to maintain attention and achieve the desired outcome from presenting to other people Communication skills - listen and articulate the ideas of others verbally to people in a way where you achieve the goals you intended
