About Me

I am a 26-year-old Italian guy who wants to settle in Denmark. I am a classically trained pianist although I dropped out of university. I'm a quiet person and I like meeting new people and listening to their stories. I like walking around a new city to explore every meter step by step. I also like to cook delicious food and explore new recipes every day. I'm a big fan of board games and I play every time I can with my friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will arrive in Copenhagen on Wednesday, October 25 and then I will start my search for a long-term room. Instead of booking an expensive hostel for the whole first month, I would like to amortize the cost by staying in someone's apartment for a few days.
Even just 2 days, because I would like to save as much money as possible every time I can

Music, Movies, and Books

I like classical music, progressive rock and jazz. My favourites are Maurice Ravel, Pink Floyd and Bill Evans

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sometimes I'm an average person, sometimes I'm a big nerd, it depends on the mood. I ensure I don't only talk about music, but I have to tell that once I did a really nerdy music-related thing. Someone at the music school asked me to play a really difficult piece of music with him for an exam in less than 10 days. To do this in such a short amount of time requires veeeery good sight reading skills and a good dose of recklessness and thick skin because the piece was Ravel Piano Concerto in G major and I had to play the orchestra part. I nailed it and everyone was happy and I will never forget that

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach music theory and to play the piano. The only game small enough to be in my luggage is a card game called "The Game" (what a coincidence...), but if you're a board game lover like me and you have board games at your home I'd really like to play

What I Can Share with Hosts

In exchange for the accommodation I can do everything within my capabilities. I can clean the whole house, cook for you, run errands, transport Italian products on request from my city, help you practice the Italian language, teach you or your children music theory and piano if you have one at home.
I will never ask you for money or ask you to stay more than what was agreed before, I only ask for a place to sleep. If there is anything I can do to be trusted more than my words tell me.
