About us; our names are Fran and Gemma. We met while volunteering in a reforestation project in Auroville, India, and now we are in Mexico hoping to find more places where can contribute to creating the beautiful world we know is possible, to learn and be inspired. Along the way, we would love to meet like-minded people to connect with, enjoy each others company and share ideas of how to make this happen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are on couchsurfing because we want to meet local people, and travel in a more dynamic way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fran: walked the camino De Santiago almost all barefoot (but then fractured my foot doing this, so now I have to wear shoes!)
Gemma: ran away from my comfortable lovely life in London, to explore community living (the message came in a dream so I did it!)
