Overview
About Me
I'm a 28 years old Italian guy, from Rome. I'm looking for a job in Stockholm. I've just finished my studies and I would like to open my perspective and try new lifestyle, living and working in other countries. During my master's studies a lived for one year in Barcelona and I've travelled a lot around Europe, often for professional reasons. I realized that feeling at home in many places it's amazing exactly as exploring new one for a short time. I have a wide range of interests but the main one is the research dedicated to the environment and health. Environmental and natural sciences, human health and nutrition, sustainability and green economy are some of the scientifc topics in which I'm involved. Meanwhile I always had a great passion for all the manual tasks such as drawing, handicraft, cooking, gardening etc... , that I consider relaxing and meditative practices. I am also a lover of performing arts, in particular of theatre and dance. Finally I'm addicted with outdoor activities, running, watersports and a novice yoga practicioner.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The first reason why I'm on couchsurfing is to find an alternative way to travel or live in other places going in deep contact with the local community and traditions, being in touch with different people from different realities, learning their culture and lifestyle. It could be also a great chance to find new friends and to make unique experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books
I've not a favorite music, movie or book...I could have various favorites bands, directors and authors. However my favorite colour is blue and my favorite flavour of gelato is pistacchio.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
An experience that I'll remeber forever, is WWOOFing. I spent one summer working as volunteer in a farm near Galway, Ireland, togheter with my girlfriend Giulia. We went hosted by the farmer, living with him and eating what we produced. The most interesting thing it was to learn a new and unknown way of life, based on manual work and outdoor living, totally different by the life in the city, closed in offices, buildings and rooms.
Teach, Learn, Share
Maybe, I can teach a bit of Italian and I can share my experiences and interests, but mainly I want listen and learn how much I can!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd be more than happy to prepare some tasty Italian food, and try local food specialities. I really love culinary exchange!
