About Me
My Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/francesco.grecchi/?hl=en
"Hello there! I'm a storyteller by trade—a filmmaker and photographer living just outside the vibrant city of Milan. Together with my brother, I run our own video production studio.
For me, traveling is not just a passion but a professional goal. My dream is to take my filmmaking abroad, and I feel that Couchsurfing is the perfect platform to genuinely connect with people and their stories, far beyond simple tourism.
My door is open to travelers looking for a base to discover the beauty of Northern Italy. Fair warning: I'm passionate about cooking! There's a very high chance you'll get to try some authentic Italian cuisine if you stay with me.
In full honesty, I'm just starting my Couchsurfing journey, so I don't have reviews yet. However, I'm an adventurous and friendly person, and I'm committed to being the best guest (and host) I can be: respectful, curious, and always happy to share a meal and a story."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me, traveling is about getting to know a place through the eyes of the people who live there. I believe Couchsurfing is the best way to do this. I'm not just looking for a place to stay, but for an opportunity to share stories, exchange perspectives, and experience local culture in an authentic way.

What I Can Share with Hosts
My home is simple and welcoming. For my guests, I have a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. I live in a quiet Italian town that offers an authentic local experience. Don't worry about getting around: the train station is nearby, and you can easily reach major cities in Northern Italy like Milan (about an hour away), Bologna, and Turin.
