About Me

Mr Nobody. Why?
First is my favourite movie, second, because I like the idea that we are none, we don't need to be identified somehow, everyone has his own individual spirit and social behaviour.

I mean it's a way to say that we have to learn more about life, we have to explore, to see more and more, because we are just a little piece of something, that can grow up and share with the world.
I have a name by the way, Francesco and I am an architectural photographer.

I moved to Denmark in 2016 after spending most of my life in Italy and later on in other countries.
I have been vegetarian for 10 years, and now vegan for a couple of years, hard to explain how did I start but easy to say that I' m really proud of this choice.

I have more to say about myself but it gets easier once you are in front of me :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a perfect website to know people, stories and places in the perfect familiar way.
I love to share all I know with people that want to do the same, and so here I am.

Interests

I believe that interests come from curiosity. Once you see something new that get your intention you start to feel that you should know more about, learn about it and try it. In this way I can say that amount of interest i' m getting to know are growing up. Since my education is based in architecture I had the possibility to discover this field that is also a good network for other "art" expression. I love photography and cinema. Going to theater or to any performance, from the most unknown to the Teatro alla Scala.
I just like it to see how every person can express something in his believing way.

Music, Movies, and Books

No limit, if the music sounds good I fall in love.
I honestly love piano, it's kind of a dream, I had many years where I wanted to play piano, but then I just changed the idea into " I will marry someone that will play piano ". Kind of funny idea yes.
but of course here are some name Philip Glass, Devendra Banhart, Nina Simone, David Bowie., Alt J, Nicola Cruz

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

mhhh...
on my way from Sweden to Denmark, I was on a ferry with a delay of 2 hours and I lost the connection with the bus. I arrived at 1 am in the harbor and it was winter and I didn' t know where to sleep with -5 degree. At the end I spent all night in a small room in the middle of the harbor surrounded by a container and I still have no idea about what was for that place.

Teach, Learn, Share

I do photography and with love. I started taking photos after years that I was saving money for a camera. Once I got one I started to discover how powerful it can be. I would love to teach someone about this art and see what the personal expression will create. I also really like to cook, especially with a company! I' m vegetarian since 7 years and it has changed me somehow.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Meeting through Couchsurfing is the right chance to see places with double views. As a visitor and as an inhabitant. We can't consider ourself as a tourist when we visit a new place because we are all living and sharing the same place.
I love to share stories about other cultures countries and see how conversation can bring knowledge and satisfy curiosity.
