Hello Couchsurfers!!

I'm Francesco from Italy, Sardinia (a wonderful island right in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea).
I love travelling around the world, discovering new places, cultures, languages and meeting new people.

During my free time, besides travelling, I like to play the guitar and to shoot pictures with my camera.
I am currently in Romania as a volunteer in project for disadvantaged children. My experience here is almost over though and from the second week of July I will be travelling in the balkans.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I joined couchsurfing to meet new people from all over the world and to share with them my experiences.

This is a great way to get to know new cultures and to be part of it, could be sharing a coffee, wandering around or spending few days with locals.

It's a great feeling to have friends from all over the world.

Some of my biggest interests are music and travels.
Recently I've bought a mirrorless camera and I am trying to improve my photography skills (still a LOT to learn, but the process is interesting)!!

Movies are inspiring and can get you out of the reality for few hours. Some of my favourite ones: Green mile | Seven | Match point | Shawshank redemption (wonderful).

Books: The Pilgrimage (P.Coelho). It changed my mind somehow, making me realize how important dreams are in our life and how sad is to just forget about them.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I travelled alone all over Europe and Argentina.

I biked the Ring of Kerry (Ireland) with my girlfriend in one day. It was too much for just one day, so after the sunset we had to ask for a small ride until the top of the last hill. The descent was amazing though with a beautiful view over the Killarney National Park.
Lesson learned, next time I'll take a tent and i'll spend more days for it.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I would like to learn some typical words from each country I visit and to cook some typical food (as well as to eat it ;) )

I'm respectful and thankful to the hosts. I'm happy to cook for them (I love cooking) and helping around for cleaning exc.

I can share my experiences, my thoughts and I can teach some Spanish, Italian and guitar.
