I'm still a rookie here, I used only once Couchsurfing in the Netherlands and It was an incredible funny experience (shout out to Niels the best exstatic dancer)
I was introduced to couchsurfing by a friend who has used his for years in hitchiking trips around Europe, trying to follow his path.
