About Me

CURRENT MISSION

NORWAY √, AUSTRALIA, JAPAN!!

ABOUT ME

I'm an italian guy who loves to travel all over the world and having good times with people. I studied Oriental Anthropology in Bologna's University and i'm starting a course in International Relations. I've already hosted couchsurfers in my house coming from USA, Australia and China (but with another account, so i've no references from them). I'm vegetarian because i don't want to be part of the industrial farming system, but i don't have any problem in eating with non vegetarian people, everyone makes his own choices! My dream is to become a professional writer, but i'm studying to become an international peacekeeper (that's my plan B! ). I love nature and being away from towns, lost into the green! I do not judge people by their sex, gender, sexual orientation, skin color, country, look, and religion. I just hate people who discriminates others by some of these features.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel as much I can, meet inspiring people from all over the world and share experiences with some good just-met-friend! Of course, i want to visit all the places i can before i die. The world is big, i want to see it all!

Interests

I like all kinds of music, from folk to electronic, from metal to hip-hop. I read a lot and love to write poems (currently trying to write my first book).
Street art and skateboarding are some of my hobbies. I literally love to travel and see as much places i can, but i can't do it often for lack of money (and that's why i'm a couchsurfer, it's cheaper and funnier! :D )

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite bands in this moment are: Keaton Henson, I cani , Managment del dolore post-operatorio (Electro-Indie italian band, their name means "Managment of postoperative pain", i love them!). I find difficult to say who are my favorites writers... I think that David Foster Wallace as been the best writer of our times. Some other authors i particularly like are Jonathan Safran Foer, Wu Ming, Giuseppe Ungaretti, Primo Levi, Richard Yates, Nick Hornby, John Barth and the classics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got lost in a mountain while skiing because it suddenly started snowing very much. I was alone into the blizzard, so I decided to descend the mountain without knowing where I was going. Eventually I've found the town and got "rescued"!! So scaring and amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I obviously can teach Italian! I can also speak enough french 'cause my mother is French. I play the guitar (not very good as in the past, but enough to have fun ;) ), so we could jam together!

I would like to learn as much as I can of every country I visit. The culture and the language, art and history... well, everything! (And I want to learn some typical recipe to prepare in Italy with my friends!)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer some very good times speaking while drinking some beer or wine, plus we could share some experience together ( like a party, an excursion, a movie, or every crazy thing you got in mind!) and i'll bring some good italian food if you want to try it! Obviously we can share the grocery shopping!
