About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Well, every day I try to experience something new, but it must also be something that I'm afraid of, because I think that this is the best way to grow a little every day.
ABOUT ME
I love the pizza that my grandma always cooks on thursday nights, I love to smile, I love when people get excited about something they love. There are so many things I love.. I could never write them all here. Those three things were the first ones that came to my mind, so probably that means those are three of the most important.
Instead, there aren't many things that I hate. I think that one of the things that I hate the most is when people just talk about things that they hate. Well, and of course I hate my grandma when she doesn't cook her thursday night pizza! (nah, just kidding, I could never hate my grandma)
PHILOSOPHY
"Anyone is better than you in something. In that something, learn" (cit. Gandhi, I think) usually I don't like to use citations, but this one helped me to put in words what I felt was my "philosophy" (or at least part of it).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I hosted twice in Italy, two fantastic girls: I learned so much from them and had so much fun! And also when I was living in Madrid I hosted two great russian guys. I have been hosted 5 or 6 times and I enjoyed all of them. CS is wonderful!
Interests
I have many interests, but I have to tell you that I'm not a "master" in all of them. For example, I juggle but I just have the basic skills. Some other interests that I have are:
- piano (jazz, but I can't play it yet, for now I just listen to it).
- working with disabled people.
- art, especially modern and contemporary art.
- helping with international exchanges both for medicine students and AFS.
- dancing hip-hop.
and, of course, I'm interested in everything that has something to do with medicine.
- arts
- contemporary art
- dancing
- dining
- cooking
- juggling
- origami
- jazz
- piano
- bungee jumping
- medicine

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was blown away both by the Grand Canyon and Machu Picchu when I visited them. And, now that I think about it, also many Salvador Dali's paintings that I've seen were pretty amazing (I spent hours in front of them).
I've done bungee jumping from one of the highest bridges in the world. I was scared as hell, but when I jumped it was just a pure rush of adrenaline as I had never experienced before!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach how to cook many Italian dishes that I love. They aren't anything fancy (I'm not my grandma), but they are good. And I would love learning to cook typical food of other cultures. I can also teach you how to do some origami and some balloon scupltures!
