About Me

I’m an Italian doctor with a deep passion for cultures, cuisines and holistic well-being. Curious by nature and always up for meaningful conversations, I believe that every encounter can teach us something valuable and open a new road. I’m open-minded, respectful and I truly enjoy listening to others’ stories (I’m a natural good listener). I travel not only to see places but to feel true connections with people, traditions and the little things that make each place unique.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet real people, feel the heartbeat of places through locals and build memories that no hotel can offer. I’m not interested in superficial travel – I’m here for the stories, the laughs, the shared meals and the humanity.

Interests

I’m into holistic health, psychology, cultures and anything that connects body, mind, and environment. I love cooking, nature, deep talks, and discovering how people live around the world.

But there’s also a wilder side of me, always ready to try something new with the people I meet. I enjoy challenging myself and saying yes to the unexpected.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I listen to music the way I approach food… it depends on the day, the mood, the flavor I need. Some days I dive into classical music, others I rock out to ’80s rock anthems, and sometimes I lose myself in afrobeat, jazz, electronic, or traditional folk from around the world. My playlists are as eclectic as my curiosity

Movies: I have a soft spot for cinema classics and I went through a “horror phase” in the past. Now, I’m more into psychological thrillers and biographical films (only the well-crafted one)

Books: I oscillate between deep thinkers like Ken Wilber and timeless authors like Hermann Hesse. I enjoy books on psychology, mystery novels, and especially those that make me feel uncomfortable in the best way – the ones that stir something inside you, push you to reflect, to move, to change. If a book shakes me up, it stays with me forever.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can teach you how to cook some Italian dishes (and explain the real difference between pasta types 😉), how the human body works or how to optimize your health in a holistic way.

Learn: I’m always eager to learn local customs and cuisine, languages, traditional remedies and folk stories.

Share: Ideas, experiences, energy and meaningful conversations

What I Can Share with Hosts

Nice conversations about health, life and italian culture, a helping hand around the house, and full respect for your space and routines. I’m clean, quiet and always grateful. If you need help organizing something or if you’re curious about health topics, I’m happy to offer what I know!
