Learn more about ethnobotany- how different peoples utilize plants.
Sharpen my Taiwanese until I can speak it as fluent as Mandarin Chinese.
Learn to appreciate different languages and cultures, especially the endangered ones.
Feel the cultural shocks. Listen, see, smell, listen, feel and think.
Make more people be more tolerant of cultural differences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Standing on top of Mt. Jade, the highest mountain in northeast Asia (3952m) against the wind.
Hand-harvesting rice on the terrace rice field in outer Taipei in the slithering mid summer.
Aurora hunting in Tasmania.
Sailing with my wwoof host and fellow wwoofers from Oyster Cove to Bruny Island.
Looking at the stars in the Meander Valley, Tasmania beside the campfire.
Amazing coastal landscape and wildlife at the Great Southwest Walk, Australia.

Cultural difference fascinates me:))
I would really like to know how your traditional cuisines are made, as I am just starting up on cooking and collecting recipes.
Do share with me your adventure stories and amazing photographs.
I'm not good at playing any instruments but appreciate music and would love you to share your musical collections/knowledge.
If you enjoy bush walking and nature Mum would be able to direct some of the top/secret spots.
