Hello, my name is Franciely, I'm Brazilian and is my first time in the European continent, and it's actually my first time out of my country. Everything here is new for me and I get easily impressed. I study Literature and Linguistics of the Portuguese Language, in Brazil, and I work as a Portuguese teacher for refugees. I'm a very easygoing person, very friendly and talkative. Yea, I like to talk a lot. My friends considered me funny, and I honestly think it’s one of the best compliments that someone can get. It's amazing to be in the presence of someone who makes you laugh until your belly hurts.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the beginning I wasn’t sure about the idea of that and if it was safe or not, maybe just like everyone else before using it, so I had this amazing trip with my friend who already used that before and it was just amazing. The idea of meet new people, sharing moments, going to cool places together and offer some place to someone to rest is incredible. I totally want to do it when I get back to Brazil. Right now I’m really enjoying visiting through Europe and having good moments with incredible people

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a lot type of music. Mostly Metal, Folk, Classic Rock, but I also like to dance, I prefer Latin music for that like Bachata or Reggaeton. Plus I also think that music is more about timing so it depends of what are you feeling. Right now I’m missing a lot my country so I’m listening some MPB (Brazilian popular music) I literally like any genre of movie. Only depends if it’s good or not. I'm a very fan of the classics though, like all the Tarantino movies, I looove Stars Wars, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter etc. My favorite genre if I had to pick one would be Time Travel, I love this thematic. My favorite tv show is Game of Thrones, no doubt, but I love to laugh with Friends and How I met your mother. Very cliche I know (((:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

That one is hard. In my conception I think it was when I decided to move out from my hometown to a big city that is 4 days by car from my parents house to study what I like.

I really love languages in general. As a linguist I have to. So that is already one thing. I can share what I know and learn whatever people would like to share with me about it. I appreciate life stories I think we can learn so much with that. I like to talk but I also like to listen
