It's a pleasure to have you reading this!

In 2014 I've moved in to Dublin packed with a simple intention of improve my English and go back home.
That was an amazing mistake, in Ireland I found the path of a new lifestyle, full of happiness, adventures, a hundred of friends, different cultures, art, music, parties, and uncountable experiences which have been filling my backpack.

I moved in to Italy in the middle of September 2015 to dive into my new goal.
I'm in Roma since that, or surfing somewhere in Italy, France and Switzerland...

I'd love a full experience of the italian life and culture, exchange experiences in this beautiful country, know the lovely people I find on my way, and of course enjoy the amazing food with some wine.

Life changes right? now I'm married and we are living in Calgary Canada, we are new in town and still settling but we would love to meet people, as soon as possible we want to open our house for visitors, but now we are subleting a room

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe this is the best way to know the real people, see the places with open eyes not just look at the things in a tourist way.
It is an opportunity to make new friends and experience the great things I heard about couchsurfing.
My goal is spend a couple months in Italy, exchange experiences, sharing my knowledge, learning, helping and do whatever are possible.

Also as a good backpacker, student and unemployed young girl I have to save money to be able to complete my goal. Please the only thing I can guarantee is my gratitude and I promise that I don't want to take advantage of your hospitality and I'm not a "freeloader".

Interests

I'm very curious, open minded and dedicated, learn about various different things. Those characteristics gave me "a shallow knowledge" in many areas, some which I'm pretty sure I'll never use...
Anyway I'd love to share,use and increase those knowledge helping in whatever you need... and for sure will be a pleasure to learn something with you. =D

Music, Movies, and Books

Good music! Good movies, series and books

I used to be a books addicted but I don't have so much space to keep doing this since I start this new lifestyle and I couldn't get used to use kindle or read e-books, I need the experience to touch, smell and carry my book around.

Series I think the usual ones: Game of Thrones, House, Dexter, Friends, are my favorite ones, I also like Beauty and the beast, Grimm, Constantine, Gothan, Bones, Castle, Chicago Fire, Elementary, White Collar...

About music, my preference is the good rock and roll, but I'm open minded so I'll enjoy a night out with popular songs, traditional music from the place I'm at the moment, and some classical music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have never created a machine which innovates something, I've never became a millionaire to donate a huge money to someone poor or a group, I've never got one amazing idea to invest my life on that...

but I'm doing my best to make a better day for me and for the people around. I believe it is amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to cook, I like to travel, I'm good listening people and I'm open to learn, teach and share everything were possible in the moment.

What else I can say about myself is that I grew up gladly helping (and sometimes disturbing) my parents in our family bakery. I consider that this background was a wonderful gift, I developed strong values and skills (eg I'm hard work, disciplined, respectful, passionate for events and food - specially breads). I've also finished a MBA in Events before move to Dublin.
