I am currently and Erasmus exchange student living in Lille, France, until June; but I am originally from Valencia, Spain. I love to travel, see new places and meet new people from different cultures. However, I am not that interested in traditional tourism and sightseeing. I much prefer to walk around the city, breathe in its culture; visit places locals go to and experience a city's nightlife.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I know a lot of people that have had great experiences on here. I find that, many times, when visiting another city, we miss out on a really enriching opportunity if we stay on the typical tourist paths. That is why the idea of couchsurfing seems so interesting to me: you get the opportunity to meet people, exchange stories and get ideas on what to do in their hometown.
This year, during my Erasmus program, I hope to visit many places and make lots of new friends! I will not be able to host while in France due to the tiny size of my student room. Once I get back to Valencia though, I will have to continue my studies and not be able to travel as much. However, I will get my own place (yay!) and, fortunately, I will still be able to host fellow travellers, and reap the benefits of the couchsurfing experience.

Music: anything with an constant electronic beat (harder techno or minimal for clubbing; deep house, tech-house, electronic jazz for chilling); rock (Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin), flamenco...

Movies: Tarantino
