About Me

I'm an illustrator and photographer interested in traveling the world and meeting super awesome people. Fluent in English, Spanish and working on French and Japanese, I hope to see the world and create awesome memories with awesome people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking to travel a lot more in the up coming years and I'm looking to meet awesome people with interesting stories to share. This seems like a fantastic way of meeting people around the world and seeing life through different lenses.

Interests

Drawing, Photography, creating art, learning, conversing with people and getting to know people and their stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

An avid fan of music in general and my tastes tend to be very diverse when it comes to it. I can usually get down with most genre's.

Love fiction books and some self help books, though I haven't gone full on self help guy yet and don't plan on it. not a really avid reader but working on becoming one.

Love most types of movies though I tend to lean towards a good dramatic film or a character driven film over anything (think reservoir dogs, good will hunting, etc). I also like to balance that out with great slap stick comedies and dry humored films ( any Jackie Chan movie, fantastic Mr. fox, grand Budapest hotel, etc.) ALSO, Love animated movies!! Pixar is definitely one of my favorite movie houses.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just saw The Dillinger Escape Plan on their going away tour and it was fantastic. Have also seen the country side of Mexicos heartland and it can be pretty beautiful. As well as the Mexican people.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach me a new language, a new skill, a new food dish from your country/ethnicity, a new way of seeing the world and I'll teach you something about art, about cooking from what I know. give advice on the places I've been. give insight on photography and the like.

I'd like to learn about people more than anything. about the people that make the places what they are. the languages that they speak. about the food that they create and the customs that are created because of it. about how someone handles their day to day while still reaching for new heights and their dreams. or about the things that they like to do on their off time.

I'd like to share everything that I know and have learned so far. good stories, good food, insights on cultures from my point of view. Insights on languages and customs. Insights on art and creation. Idea's about the world, aspirations, funny jokes that come from different people and places.

I'd like you to share what ever it is that you want to share.

What I Can Share with Hosts

great conversation, good food ( I've been a cook for the past few years so I have some skill) a portrait or two of themselves and good vibes.
