About Me

Portuguese couchsurfer living in Iceland, willing to give shelter to fellow travellers and share nice moments discussing whatever comes to our minds, hiking, cooking, drinking a local craft beer or simply enjoying the silence :) Unfortunately I am moving to a different city soon and I will leave my house so I can't host anyone right now

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've already travelled a lot around Europe, mostly by hitchhiking, and most of the times I was not using couchsurfing - actually, I always did 'informal couchsurfing' with friends or people I meet on the way :) The truth is that with couchsurfing is away easier, and the chances to end up sleeping in the street are much smaller :)

On the other hand, it is always great to welcome people in my place and host them as good (or better, if possible!) as other people did with me!

I was not using CS for a couple of years, but now I'm back :)

Music, Movies, and Books

It would be too long lists! I would rather tell you in person :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Ice diving in december, deep in south-east of Poland! Incredible experience!

- Spending a winter in Iceland, in a fjord that has no land connection during the winter season - I was working in the boat that sails twice a week to the next town to get food, medicine, mail and other stuff for the people of the village!

- Planting forests with great landscapes around me, in the countryside of East Iceland

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always open to learn new things, reach new conclusions and getting to know new cultures - so, I am completely open to whatever you have to offer :D

What I Can Share with Hosts

A good conversation, maybe some nice not-so-known music, cooking, and I could help with whatever it's needed!

Austria, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, Tunisia
