About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore the world and meet interesting people!

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Mexico in a family of five. I also was a management consultant for the last couple of years, and have been working in a start-up in the last few months. I will be travelling across Europe during the summer before going to the U.S. to study.

I the kind of person that loves to explore new cultures and I will be the first one try new stuff. I always want to be surrounded with people or otherwise I feel empty (kind like that strange feeling on Sunday afternoons).

I enjoy sharing and listening to travel stories and adventures, as well as history, culture, and philosophical stuff (the last mysteriously happens more often with a few beers).

PHILOSOPHY

No religion, political view: moderate

Philosophy:
Do what makes you happy; never waste a minute

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I always encourage people to engage in couchsurfing, as either hosting or surfing is a great experience. When I was a student I surfed and hosted a bit, and got to know the limited, albeit excellent, Mexican CS community. Afterwards, I started working and pretty much was on the road all the time. Now that I am an entrepreneur, I rekindled my CS spirit!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did some couchsurfing when I was studying in France and had amazing experiences. My hosts from Germany, Austria, and Hungary were beyond anything I expected, and I also had some of the most interesting conversations in my life!

Interests

My two favorite things in this world are playing soccer and food (Thai especially). I also like traveling, reading, and electronic music. I love spending time with my family and watching American Football. When I am feeling more adventurous I go to ski or scuba dive with friends. And last but not least I like wine and rum (Venezuelan especially).
