About Me

"I'm [twenty nine] years old and I'm trying to figure out most days what being a man means. I don't drink, fight, or love, but these days, I find myself wanting to do all three."

My name is Francisco but people call me cisco, I'm an engineer , part time frustrated chef/artist/screenwriter/philosopher, and a full time hipster.

I was born and raised in Costa Rica but I moved to Germany after high school, where I studied and lived for over 5 years. it's was a great adventure.
I moved back home and barely got to settle back in when the planemic hit. I’m now traveling around my country cause I figured maybe there’s something to this place since so many people come visit each day

Here are some of the things i like:

Even though I'm a bit of an introvert most of the times, I love having conversations with people and sharing ideas with them, doesn't matter if they are deep complex ones, silly ones or full blown "highdeas"

I really enjoy everything food related cooking and trying new food is one of my favorite things to do.

I really like to dance too, but the type of dancing that doesn't require a partner, Techno, House, Hip Hop.

I'm into movies, i met my oldest friends because we shared this interest and would shoot some short movies/sketches after school on the weekends.

I started rediscovering my creative side recently developing artsy video games and I want to start doing some woodworking too

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to be able to travel some more, and have my world map full of push-pins showing all the places I've been to, however I decided to take a little break from traveling for a while, specially because I just recently got back home and realized there's a lot of traveling and things to be done and experienced inside my country.

The reason I'm on CS is now that I won't be traveling a lot for some time I figured the closest thing I could do is help other travelers out by hosting them. That way is like second-hand travelling :)

I also really love the concept and the community i think these type of ideas are great and some of the best uses of social media and the internet that tends to be rather toxic normally, and the least I can do is give back

I like cooking, talking, thinking, and jumping in the river
