Hi, my name is Francisco. I live in Tafí del Valle it is a litle town in the mountains in the north of Argentina. Its a silence place that improves the contact with nature. A few years ago i had a Hostel there but a bad connection didnt let receive people of couchsurfing there. My dream its be a writer! Im a very friendly person. I enjoy to walk and have conversations, lake, city, forrest, rivers and beach. And I hope to give back the energies Im going to receive when go back travelling. Sorry about my english I hope to improve it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I live in a touristic place and when I have the oportunnity to meet someone who is traveling I show to that person my friends and the activity we do, some asado (bbq) and show the places that arent in they books or travel guides. I like more that kind of things beside visit popular expensive touristics places. So I hope to meet people who enjoy the same things than me.

Interests

Art in general and writing particular. Im trying to become one. I love to have long walks trough cities, mountains, rivers and beaches. I enjoy playing the guitar and sing. I like to cook, play games and have fun. Also I enjoy to have deep conversations about dreams, fears, love, death, meaning of life. Im open to new and unknown experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kind of music, i love to listen new things. I think music is the universal language and its all over the places.
Enjoy to play and sing Argentinian Folklore (a little bit) and listen jazz, reggae, classic, hip hop, rock, etcétera Depends on the mood I think.
I like movies but I dont watch it as much as I want.
In this moment of my life I choose to read a book. Every book, like people, have something to take of them, something good, something bad you didnt know about your self. In this moment Im trying to read books in the original language so Im reading latin american authors mostly. Mario Levrero, Roberto Bolaño, Cortazar, Borges and a lot more. I enjoy very much with artists but i want to improve my english and read them in the original, such us Chesterton and thousands others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most incredible thing I did is QUIT ALCOHOL I used to drimkfor allmost 20 years, Im 33 so...
I visit a Inca ruins in Argentina called "La Ciudacita" and hike until 5000 meters up!!!
In the present Im trying to live of my writing it is something really special let go the confort of a job and friends and family to conquer my dream
