ABOUT ME

Hay im francis.
I currently live in Be'er Sheva, near the university.
I am a yoga teacher, wim hof method instructor, therapist and a cool dude.

i love to travel and meet new people and get to know diffrent perspective about life from diffrent cultures. I can talk for hours about almost everything from humor to philosophy.

I love to have a lot of fun, i take life as a stage that we prefom on. So i dance and sing and do crazy shit in the middle of the street.

My main goal in life is to spread love and kindness , i cherish the goodness in each person and try my best to make people happy and smile .

I do random things like a hug booth in the middle of the university .

PHILOSOPHY

I'm to spontaneus so i didnt find a couch through couchsurfing but i stayed with a lot of people i encounterd during my trips

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I did a snowboarding trek in Manalli, India for 3 days.
One day we hiked with snow sandals for 7 hours until we reached the peak. from there, on one side Iv'e seen Manali valley and on the other Iv'e seen spitty valley with its endless snowy mountain peaks.
and to top that we snowboarded for an hour on virgin snow until we got to the base camp/

I can teach basic yoga and meditation.
Cooking is my passion so i love to share recipes and cook for people.
would love to pass the knowledge about wim hof method and ice baths
