ABOUT ME

I am 27 year old. I sell flowers for a living.

I finished my study Communication management a few years ago. And in november 2012 I started travelling.

I hadn't travelled to many different countries before I started travelling. As a child we went to Croatia almost every vacation, since my father had a diving school there. Before that we went on small vacations.

So in november 2012 I left the Netherlands to see the world! My first trip long travel and it was amazing!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My town is not a great travel destination for couchsurfers but when I have my own place I will welcome people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I still haven't used CS. This because off my travel style. I mean that I don't plan ahead. This makes it more difficult to get a couch.

Interests

Top-rope climbing, supervising scouts, playing darts, hanging out with friends and of course travelling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: The kind of movie I enjoy is very dependent on my mood. There is one kind off movies I really don't like, Zombie movies. The last movies I have seen are: the Smurfs 2, Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, The fast and the furious, the hangover, Despicable me, Now you see me, and many more movies.

Books: I like adventurous books. I don't mind if it is Fantasy, Sci-Fi, legal thrillers (like John Grisham).
The last months I have been reading books that I find through book exchanges.

Music: I don't make music myself, I am really not a musical. But I really like listening to music, all kinds of music. The kind of music depends on my mood. I'll enjoy listening to almost anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The highlands of Scotland, The Plitvice lakes in Croatia and Petra in Jordan, Serengeti in Tanzania, Kruger in South Africa, the desert in Wadi Rum (Jordan), trekking in Thailand.
