Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite book is The Alchemist by Paul Coelho, i have reread this book so many times. It has always inspired me to travel and explore new places. Few years ago i couldn't travel but after reading the book i decided to be a Shepherd ( http://www.shipk12.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Paulo_Coelho_-_The_Alchemist.pdf ).

My favorite movie is Shaw-shank Redemption. I have re-watched this movie so many times, it has so many great lesson about life. Some birds can not be caged and i am one of them ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PsqPirtOV6w ) .

My favorite song is Samborela by Khadja Nin. It's a song about the senselessness of war and how man thinks the world is his. Although it is sung in French, Kiswahili and Kirundi, you do not need to understand the words to appreciate Nin’s mesmerizing voice and the romantic imagery in the video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3I_v9KY24I )
