About Me

CURRENT MISSION:

After living in South and North America, Asia and different parts of Europe, I moved to Barcelona to build up my career. I want to be able to travel when I please, experimenting global food and cultures.
I want to meet as many great people and places I can, to have fun, to make contacts and learn more about everything.

ABOUT ME

I am a pretty rational guy that goes crazy sometimes. But I usually don't do anything without knowing the consequences. Maybe because I'm a Taurus. Maybe because of my conservative education. Either way, I'm still trying to find my role on earth, because I do want to make the difference, but it doesn't seem easy to do that. I love to surprise, to be different. It doesn't mean that I'll put my hair blue or anything like that, it's just that I love to think in my own way. I am very convicted about my beliefs and my moral assumptions, and I am proud of being a fair guy.

PHILOSOPHY

I strongly believe that if everyone does his or her part to make the world a better place, it will be a better place soon. Putting selfishness away would help a lot, and I can't accept that there is still hunger in the world, when there is so much richness everywhere.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have CouchSurfed a few times and I love it!
It is the best way to travel around the world experimenting life from the perspective of the locals.

I'm on Couchsurfing to share experiences and learn from other people's life stories. You never know where you may find your new friends.

Interests

FERNWEH

My main interest is travel. I love to travel, regardless of the destination. The journey itself can be memorable.

I also love the scent of light brewed coffee. The complexity of a good red wine. The unmistakable smell of freshly baked bread. The beauty of a well put meal. Yep, my heart is in my stomach.

I am interested in international politics, economics and cultures. In writing, reading and discussing ideas.

I love to dance, to talk, to walk and to chill.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Working in a Ski Resort in the United States when I was 19 is among the things I've done that I wouldn't expect, but I believe that the most amazing things I've done were my trips to Chicago, NYC, Salvador, Paris, Ciudad del Este, Bratislava, Vienna, Prague, Munich, Crete, London. Recently, I lived in 15 different flats in four continents and I loved it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a pretty rational way of thinking, and you can always learn how to be practical.
I love talking, and talking about the things I've done, so maybe you can also learn something from my experiences!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Maybe you have already noticed, but I love talking. Talking, talking, talking.
Sharing experiences is how I learn new things, and decide what are the next steps I want to take.
If you want me to, though, I can be quiet for a while. I can go walk around the neighborhood and the city.
I am flexible, and very independent.
But I'll love to share a bottle of wine, a beer or a cup of tea while discussing memories and plans.
