Overview
About Me
To me, travel is to step out of the comfort zone and to dare explore the unknown. And the feeling one gets tastes like childhood innocence.
I am fond of open-minded debates. I like to share conversations about politics and ethics. I also like passionate talks about art, or love.
I am sometimes a sensitive person ; I sketch or write poetry to remember a moment or a person. Sometimes, I am also creative : I would then invent games that I would set in youth summer camps, or write a comedy sketch video and involve a dozen of friends in my project.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As a student of architecture, I am very interested in how people live, how they appropriate their homes.
I also think that being invited in the home of an inhabitant is enriching and eye-opening. You get a glimpse of a daily life. You share your way of thinking and your representation of the world. You share your experiences and aspirations. You may be inspired.
Interests
I am very interested in struggles for fundamental rights and Justice. This covers many aspects, from Environment justice to peace, animal rights, or feminism.
I also love art, especially music and dance. Those give me a break a happiness, total disconnection from sorrow and concern, and make me profoundly enjoy the present time.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music : When I feel lonely, I love chillstep, chillhop or Jazz. When I feel like dancing, I am more into funk, 90's hip hop or brostep.
Movies : Ghibli movies, like 'Spirited Away' or 'Grave of the Fireflies', rule everything. They are from another world. I can't use words to explain how magic or moving they are.
Otherwise I like french or british comedies. Si-fi series like Black Mirror can also be thrilling.
Books : 'Eragon' books by Christopher Paolini are so well written that I escape into another fantastic world, share subtle feelings and thoughts with the hero, travel across dramatic landscapes...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I initiated and organized a youth art festival in my town when I was 18. We've been leading this project during an entire year and it finally came out : 19 young and talentuous artists / group of artists have exposed their works, acted, sang, danced in a show that gathered hundreds of spectators.
Teach, Learn, Share
Beside my architecture studies, I learn Japanese, classical guitar, dance.
I also like to share my knowledge about architecture, classical guitar and give some advices about drawing.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am often up for deep talks, about any subject you like. If I think I can share an interesting point of view, I'll do so ; otherwise I listen closely.
Apart from that my friends and family would confirm that I am a pretty good cook ! I also like to draw, and I can share my creations to you, or even draw your portrait and offer it to you.
