Hi everybody! I'm Franco from Argentina and I'm 28 years old. I'm currently living with my girlfriend and two cats: Tyrion and Fermina.

I like to gain new experiences, and I realized that the only way I could make it is by travelling a lot. I truly enjoy meeting new people and places. Both are equaly important to me.

In my free time I love to watch movies and reading books (philosophy, sociology, physics mainly) and practice some soccer with friends. I may say I'm some kind of cinephile and love to discuss everything about everything.

As you may realize, I'm argentinian so I'm a big fan of soccer, I'm big fan of Instituto Atlético Central Córdoba, a small team from my city. My grandpa was used to play soccer professionally there :).

Me gusta vivir nuevas experiencias constantemente, y me di cuenta de que la única manera por la que podría hacerlo es viajando mucho. Realmente amo conocer gente y lugares nuevos. Ambos son igualmente importantes para mí.

En mi tiempo libre me encanta ver películas y leer libros (filosofía, sociología, física principalmente) y jugar fútbol con amigos. Puedo decir que soy una especie de cinefilo y me encanta discutir de todo sobre todo. Me gusta mucho el "por qué?" de las cosas.

Como te darás cuenta, soy argentino, así que soy amante del fútbol e hincha del Instituto Atlético Central Córdoba, el tercer equipo más grande de mi ciudad. Mi abuelo jugó al fútbol profesionalmente en ese Club :).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's simple: I'm a curious person. I like to know everything about everything. Well, I know it's kinda impossible but I'll do my best to get close to my goal ^^.

I'll be completly honest with you: I don't even want just a place to sleep. I want a place to meet people, I would love to talk with you, to know you and share some good time. Debating stuff that nobody cares, I don't know. That's why I'm here. I'm here to meet some beatiful places? Yes, I'm, but I'm here to meet people too 🙂.

Es simple: soy una persona curiosa. Me gusta saber todo sobre todo. Bueno, sé que es un poco imposible, pero voy a hacer todo lo posible para acercarme lo más que pueda a eso ^^.
Voy a ser sincero con vos: no quiero un lugar para dormir simplemente. Quiero un lugar para conocer gente, me encantaría hablar con vos, conocerte y compartir un buen rato. Debatir cosas que a nadie le importa, no sé, no importa. Es por eso que estoy ac'a. Estoy acá para conocer algunos lugares hermosos? Sí, lo estoy, pero para conocer gente también 🙂.

Interests

I like to cook, I find it so therapeutic haha.
As I said, I really love to read and to achieve knowledge. The travelling part isn't even needed to mention I guess.

Me gusta cocinar, lo encuentro hasta terapéutico haha.
Como he dicho, me encanta leer y conocer cada vez más de todo, el qué no importa tanto. La parte de viaje ni siquiera es necesario que la mencione, supongo =P.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music pretty much and I play guitar too. I mainly listen to The Beatles, Radiohead, The Doors, The Smiths, house, deephouse, melodic techno, and progressive house. I like to play those bands on my guitar (except the EM part lol) and traditional music from my country like "chacarera" and "zamba".
I also suck at singing so I hope you'll help me with the voice haha :).

My main sociologists writers are Zygmunt Bauman, Émile Durkheim, Max Weber, Karl Marx, and others I can't remember right now =P. Others philosophers I like to read are Friedrich Nietzsche and Hegel (this last one is pretty hard to read honestly).
One of my favourites movies ever is 3 idiots. An amazing indian movie that in part determined the way I want to live my life. I can't numerate others movies because It's impossible, but I will say that my favourites film directors are David Lynch, Quentin Tarantino, and Gaspar Noe.
I like to watch TV series too, my favourites are Lost, Twin Peaks, The Wire, Game of Thrones, Doctor House, Prison Break.

Amo mucho la música y toco la guitarra también. Principalmente escuchó Radiohead, The Beatles, The Doors, The Smiths, house, deephouse, techno melódico y progressive house. Me gusta tocar esos estilos en la guitarra (excepto la parte de música electrónica je) y también música tradicional de mi país como lo son la "chacarera" y la "zamba".

I'm some kind of a social nerd haha. As I said before, I love to read and the college career I chose is mainly read about philosophy and sociology. Economy and history aswell. So I can teach you about these topics and related.
I'm a very open-minded person too, so I'm open to talk with you about everything. I'm pretty sure you've amazing things to teach me too.

Como dije antes, me encanta leer y la carrera universitaria que elegí se basa principalmente en la lectura de filosofía y sociología, aparte de economía, estadística, e historia, por lo que puedo contarte sobre estos temas y otros relacionados.
También soy una persona muy abierta, así que estoy abierto a hablar con vos sobre lo que quieras. Estoy seguro de que teenes cosas geniales que enseñarme también.
