We are François & Sophie, a 25 years old couple. We did a biking trip from beginning of July to mid-september. We visited Italy, then took a boat to Greece and came back through the Balkans!

Now we are in Grenoble and we love it! (Especially because we love mountains)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We had never couchsurf before, but during our bike trip we used it a few times. Discovering a city while meeting nice local people, plus saving some money, sounds too good to be true !

Interests

Francois lived in Paris, is currently studying maths and just started a Phd in Grenoble. He enjoys running (especially on trails, and sometimes barefoot), biking, climbing, hiking, cooking, music (any kind really, but lately house and techno music, he used to DJ a bit in his spare time).
Sophie lived in Bruxelles for one year and a half, playing handball, biking a lot to go to work, running, cooking a lot. She enjoys drinking beers, hiking, hang out with friends, discovering new places in Bruxelles (especially restaurants and bars !!) and meet new people. She is an engineer specialized in energy and sustainability, currently looking for a job in Grenoble.

We both have a growing interest in sustainability and social inequalities.

We decided to move together in Grenoble, and we are now definitely able to host couchsurfers very often !! :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can cook some French cuisine, and François can also teach you how to run barefoot :)
