My friends describe me as very easy-going, chatty, friendly and a generally happy person! I love meeting new people and learning from them, which is part of why i love travelling! I also enjoy being outside and seeing spectacular views! I am just as happy having a quiest night in, playing cards and drinking hot chocolate or partying pretty much anything!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I havent hosted yet, as my roomate is pretty grumpy about strangers in our appartment! Have had a few couchsurfing meetups throughout my travels, always great!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience was for a night in Geneva! Unfortunately not the most positive experience, but I definitely want to give it a go again!

Interests

I enjoy trying anything (or most things!) at least once! I am a pretty active person, I particularly enjoy figure skating and playing soccer, but pretty much any sport! My nerdy side enjoys reading (novels and historic biographies)and playing board games! I also enjoy just hanging out at a pub, having a few beers is always fun!

Music, Movies, and Books

More recently, i've read Papillon and Nelson Mandela's autobiography, which were excellent! Movies, pretty much any action movie, although i enjoy the odd chick flick! For music, i love country music and indie folk!

Driving across the northern US, sleeping in the car everynight with a good friend!

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been a french and English tutor for a few years, so I can easily help with those! My spanish is getting conversationally good and I'd love to practice it some more! I love learning to cook new things!
