One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well ok I am gonna tried to tell you a personal secret story :)
In 2009, I didn't know what to do with my 10 days vacation so I bought a bike, and one week later whereas I have never really been one a bike more than one hour of my life, I was on the road from Pontoise (near Paris) to Marseille (1000 km) for a 10 days bike/wild camping trip !
My mobile phone as a gps, a 25kg bag on my back as a house (yes...25kg! so stupid and naive I was !)
The first night I have been in the middle of a little forest near a lake, alone, and were freaking out^^ hearing some strange noise and the cry of a owl... it sounded like Blair Witch Project ahah :p
The day number 4 after 300km, my body was hurting because of my bag weight and I decided to rest at Tours (Loire)
And I finally spent my 5 following days discovering the beautiful countryside from Tours to Chinon, Bourgueil, Saumur... going with my bike along the river "La Loire" and along the wine road from a winegrower to another winegrower even better, from a castle to another castle even bigger...
It was such a great unexpected time there ! :D
