Overview
About Me
I'm an open-minded, adventurous, and warm-hearted individual who has a deep love for travel and a strong appreciation for nature. Despite my busy schedule, which currently involves clinical rotations in hospitals during the weekdays, I still make an effort to find time for a coffee chat or dinner together!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Back in 2018, I had the incredible opportunity to host my first guest from the Philippines right here in Taiwan. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and it opened doors for me to get more involved in various local cross cultural activities. This included organizing an international symposium and providing support to international students on campus.
I'm eager to continue building connections, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and countries. It's these interactions that make life richer and more exciting!

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies:
- "Before sunrise": The film's sincerity, intelligent conversations, and the chemistry between the characters make it more than just a movie. The concept that two strangers can cross paths unexpectedly and form a meaningful connection is truly captivating to me.
- "The Way": reminds me of the importance of stepping out of our comfort zones and embarking on journeys of both external and internal exploration.
Books:
- When Breath Becomes Air: It resonated with me on a profoundly personal level, serving as a poignant reminder to treasure each moment and search for our individual purpose.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- obtained my scuba diver certification on Mactan Island, Philippines, and subsequently embarked on an exploration of the hidden natural treasures scattered around Cebu.
- embarked on a journey to the core of Borneo, where I explored the captivating natural habitats of primates and birds.
- traveled around Taiwan by hitchhiking in seven days
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd be delighted to share insights into local culture and personal values with you. As a medical student, I can also provide a glimpse into the life of a medical student and engage in discussions about various aspects of medicine and medical research.
I'm a bit of a knowledge sponge myself, so I'm all ears for your awesome travel stories and anything you want to share about your own culture. I firmly believe that connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds is the key to gaining a profound understanding of the world around us.
Let's dive into some cool chats and expand our horizons!
