My name is Frank LaMar and I was born and raised in Rochester, New York. I am currently studying at the University of Vermont in the United States, but I'm spending a semester at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. I've been lucky enough to travel and see many different places and I hope to see many more. One of my main goals while studying in Italy is to see different places in Europe and meet people along the way.

I'm couchsurfing because the best experiences I've had abroad have been those where I meet the locals. It gives me the opportunity to experience the culture in a more authentic way. I hope couchsurfing can give me that opportunity while making friends along the way!
