Hi! I’m Frank from New Jersey. I dropped out of college in October of 2022 to pursue working on my business full time and have been doing so ever since. I currently sell on Amazon and also create video reviews for products on Amazon.

I’m passionate about health and fitness and spend many hours per week staying active: whether it’s running, lifting, swimming, biking… I enjoy it as long as it’s something that keeps me active. I enjoy running the most and usually try and get out to the park at least a few times a week for a run.

I did an Ironman 70.3 last September and have an Ironman 140.6 planned for this September which I’m currently training for.

I enjoy anything that gets me out of my comfort zone and consider myself very easy going. I’m usually up for anything and love to explore new places. One of the greatest joys in life is being able to learn about other people and their life experience. I like to take in as much as I can as I think there’s a lesson to be learned in every conversation.

As mentioned in my “About Me,” I enjoy learning about others and absorbing as much information as I can. I enjoy doing and exploring as much as I possibly can while I travel until I exhaust myself and need a break.

I have a deep appreciation for music in general, but my roots lie in metal / rock. Metallica, Mastodon, Gojira, Alice In Chains, - just to name a few, but the list goes on.

I love a good movie, but usually don’t watch them unless I’m with other people. Anything horror / sci-fi.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing MT Kilimanjaro with my family. It was the first time I had done something to that extent, and while it was a challenge, it gave me an appreciation for the time that I get to spend with my family.
